Vac-Pad with Turntable

Specifications:

Surface does not have to be smooth – most imperfections up to 3.0mm (1.8:") deep will be acceptable.

  • Turntable allows drilling point to be positioned on narrow sections. (Min. 150mm)
  • Holding power to surface is dependant on vacuum generated, surface imperfections, porosity, etc.
  • All units are tested for
    min. –85kPa (25.12insHg).
  • Surface holding power for –85kPa is 3383N (761lbf) (345kgf)
  • Mounting foot of Drillmate removed for larger hole capacity.
Vac-Pad with steel plate
 As for the Vac-Pad with turntable but has a steel plate which accepts magnetic based drilling machines, so that you can adhere to non-ferrous materials.

Curved Surface Adaptor
– brings greater speed and accuracy to cutting holes in pipes and radiused surfaces.

By adhering to surfaces under a powerful vacuum it provides a rigid platform for precise, trouble-free hole production with power tools.

What’s more, CSA2000 is infinitely adjustable to suit different sizes of pipes from 150mm diameter upwards and can be mounted on conical shapes as well as true cylinders.

Together, these features make CSA2000 ideal for applications ranging from access holes and junctions in general pipework to specialised work on heat exchangers where absolute prevision is vital.
